Peopleware: a review

  Engineers and quality: When engineers develop a product, their sense of minimal quality standards will be set to the highest quality they have achieved in their career. This is because a strong emotion, people's self-worth, is generally tied to the products they develop and release. It's important to recognize, as a manager, how much importance a developer has put into the project they are sharing or releasing and approach feedback carefully.
